You start with a sentence about what you need. You finish with a working team. Everything in between is a question you can answer in your own words.
Plain language, the way you would explain it to a new colleague. No template, no fields to fill in, no jargon required.
BestTeam asks up to four clarifying questions about the parts it is unsure of. Skip any of them and it will make a sensible call on its own.

What you get
Everything below is shipped and running today. There is nothing here you have to wait for.
Upload what your team should know and it becomes searchable, by keyword, by meaning, or both together. Upload a revised set and only the changed documents are reprocessed. Delete the wrong thing and one click restores the previous version.
When a team member answers from your documents it names the passages it used. Each answer is then checked against what the search actually returned, and a citation matching none of it is flagged in the run trace rather than quietly left to stand.
A live trace shows what each team member is doing while they do it, and what they found. If it is heading somewhere you did not intend, stop the run mid-flight.
Send someone a link and they can hold a full conversation with your team. No account, no sign-up, nothing to install on their side.
BestTeam can read a mailbox you connect and write replies into its Drafts folder. It has no ability to send. Every message still leaves from your own mail client, after a person has read it.
Set a retention period for your run history and anything past it is cleared automatically. Set it to whatever your own policy requires.

Worth saying plainly: features will change, and you will find rough edges. In exchange you get the product for nothing during Beta, and a direct line to the people building it.
Not a support queue, and not a form that goes nowhere. During Beta, what you say about the product is read by the people who can change it, and a good deal of what is in BestTeam today started as somebody pointing out that it was missing.
